Online shop software
WooCommerce

Our online shop is developed with software provided by WooCommerce. This party does not store any data about you. All personal data you provide while using the web shop of C60olie.eu are stored by C60olie.eu itself. We have chosen Greenhost for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Greenhost has access to your data to offer us (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. Greenhost is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have made with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made on a regular basis to prevent data loss.

Web hosting
Greenhost

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Greenhost. Greenhost processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect meta data about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Greenhost has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. According to the agreement Greenhost is obliged to maintain confidentiality.

E-mail and mailing lists

We use the services of Greenhost for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Greenhost does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Active Campaign

Our website uses Active Campaign, a third party that handles e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Active Campaign’s servers. Active Campaign will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website you will see the link “Unsubscribe”. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data will be stored securely by Active Campaign. Active Campaign uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Active Campaign reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in this context.

Payment processors
Mollie

We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online shop. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve of its services and to share (anonymous) data with third parties within this framework. All the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they call in third parties. Mollie will not store your data for longer than the statutory periods of time allow.

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur then you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur can contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics
PostNL / DHL

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. At this moment we mainly use the services of PostNL or DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address, residence details and email address with these carriers. They will only use this information for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. In case PostNL or DHL engages subcontractors, this carrier will also make your information available to these parties. In order to ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with all applicable legal provisions, PostNL and DHL have drawn up data processing agreements which have been accepted by C60olie.eu.

Invoicing and accounting

Currently we do not use online software to keep track of our administration and accounts. We do not share your administrative or accounting information with third parties.
