Warranty and complaints

Warranty

  1. C60olie.eu ensures (to the best of its ability) that the ingredients of the products are in conformity with the description indicated by C60olie.eu.
  2. C60olie.eu will take the greatest possible care when receiving and in the execution of orders for products.
  3. C60olie.eu excludes any form of warranty with regard to the application and/or operation of its products, as expressed in the disclaimer.

Complaints

  1. C60olie.eu has the following complaints procedure and deals with any complaints accordingly.
  2. If you have a complaint about the execution of an agreement by C60olie.eu, first of all you need to contact C60olie.eu.
  3. Complaints about the execution of the performance of the agreement must be submitted to C60olie.eu in written, fully and clearly described terms within 7 days after the defects have occurred.
  4. Complaints submitted to C60olie.eu in writing will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, C60olie.eu will reply within the period of 14 days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed reply.
  5. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
  6. In case of complaints you should first of all contact C60olie.eu.
    C60olie.eu is affiliated to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (consult Webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/, website in Dutch only). For complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you should contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur (Webwinkelkeur.nl). This one will mediate for free. If a solution has not yet been reached, you have the option of having your complaint handled by the independent arbitration committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur. The judgment shall be binding and both C60olie.eu and you agree to this binding ruling. Submitting a dispute to this Disputes Committee involves costs that must be paid by you to the committee in question. It is also possible to report complaints via the European ODR platform (Dutch / English).
  7. A complaint shall not suspend the obligations of C60olie.eu, unless C60olie.eu notifies differently in writing.
  8. If a complaint is found to be well-founded by C60olie.eu it will replace the delivered products free of charge.
